Scouting: Boisture is the best pure pro-style passer in the state in 2010. Powerful arm, very good size -- both make him a very desirable commodity. Has the potential to be a five-star player in my final rankings, depending on his senior season.
Needs to improve his accuracy, but has very solid mechanics for a high school quarterback. .
Recruiting: Boisture is well on his way to being a nationally recruited prospect, with offers from Pittsburgh, Boston College and Cincinnati.
